Our PhD program is now open for applications! Applications for admission to the PhD Program at the Department of Urban Planning and Disaster Management, Ming Chuan University are accepted from April 7th to April 24th, 2023.

This PhD program has been approved by the Ministry of Education in 2022 and is now starting its recruitment process for the School Year 2023/2024. After launching our PhD program, we are now able to offer four types of degree programs, including Bachelor’s, Master’s, Professional Master’s, and PhD. Our Department has 11 full-time faculty, all of whom hold doctoral degrees
